A new round of technological revolution,represented by intelligent driving,mobile interconnection,large data and cloud computing,is in the ascendant.China proposed "2025 China manufacturing" and "Internet plus" development strategy,vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure adjustment,the automotive industry as a pillar industry of the national economy,with large scale,strong driving effect,high degree of internationalization has become a major pillar of China transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,intelligent and connected vehicle becomes the auto car the typical sign of innovation industry.The car is equipped with intelligent network refers to the sensor,controller,actuator advanced,integration of modern communication and network technology,intelligent information exchange with the outside of the car,with the environmental perception,intelligent decision-making,coordination control and other functions,to meet the requirements of automotive safety,comfort,energy saving,high efficiency,a new generation of vehicles and ultimately replace people to operate.With the intelligent network system market layout,brings the number of vehicle electronic applications and the complexity of the surge in the exchange and sharing of the network system in the car is facing severe challenges,the vehicle data transmission,development bottlenecks encountered.Highlight the traditional vehicle network communication bandwidth is low,the efficiency of data exchange,closed development shortage and not easy to expand,so the construction of the new vehicle network architecture has become a new generation of intelligent network of car development priority.Based on this research background,this paper designs a centralized network architecture based on Ethernet backbone,which has the characteristics of generality,high bandwidth and extensibility.This architecture can maximize sharing models of cross platform reuse,IOT network,in-depth integration of mobile Internet smart function and vehicle equipped with seamless data,combined with the current network of intelligent vehicle design and development,to provide a safe,energy saving and environmental protection,convenient transportation architecture solutions,is the focus of future development direction of automotive electronics.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.based on Ethernet backbone network domain centralized architecture designAccording to the technical characteristics of the vehicle Ethernet backbone network,intelligent diagnosis and analysis of driving,network of 4 motor area of the typical application,through the Ethernet backbone network communication requirements and design constraints analysis,design of Ethernet backbone network center gateway architecture,daisy chain architecture,network architecture.According to the application needs of vehicle Ethernet in the automotive field,we design the Ethernet backbone network communication protocol framework,carry out the physical layer standard design,audio and video bridge specification design,application layer standard design2.Network architecture design process and evaluation methodThe design of vehicle network architecture is divided into demand layer design,logic layer design and network layer design.Demand level design refers to decomposing the vehicle into a certain service provided by the user or a functional requirement posed by the user to the vehicle,and finally decomposing it into the final function of the controller.Logical level design refers to dismantling various functional requirements that are ultimately extracted from requirement layer design,and corresponds all kinds of requirements to the actual functions of vehicle sensors,controllers and actuators.The network layer design refers to the transformation of the results from the design of the demand layer and the logic layer into the detailed network communication,and then the whole vehicle network topology is derived.3.Testing and verification of network architecture systemBased on the hardware in the loop hardware in the loop test system platform,we design and develop the network architecture model and communication node simulation model,develop the system test cases,and complete the network load rate,physical packet loss rate,protocol conformance,application transfer function and performance test and verification.
