The growth of the domestic auto market has slowed down,and the withdrawal of purchase tax policies has also affected the demand for terminal users.Every automobile manufactory is facing great competitive pressure.Vehicle logistics is a bond between OEMs and distributors,and a key step for automakers to achieve final sales.It should not only react quickly to the market but also constantly reduce costs to improve the core competitiveness of the products.The scientific and rational design of the vehicle logistics network is the core of vehicle logistics optimization.This article selects F Logistics Company as the research object.Based on a thorough study of industry theories,we analyze the current logistics network structure and operational status of F company and optimize it from several aspects,mainly from the following aspects:First of all,choose the “forward stocking” mode.A layer of regional distribution center has been added to the network,making the logistics network into a two-level storage structure.Under the two-level storage system,the base warehouse and regional distribution centers can balance stocks and shorten the delivery cycle.The three-level logistics transportation,especially the trunk transportation and regional distribution,can be optimized according to their characteristics.Second,in order to determine the locations for regional distribution centers,a vehicle logistics network evaluation model based on logistics costs is proposed.The model will take into consideration the cost of pick-up and drop-off of VDC,trunk transportation costs,regional distribution costs,and distribution center warehousing costs.Among all the options on distribution center,the one that has the lowest total cost is selected.And then,based on the planning data provided by the F company,the logistics cost model is assigned,and the optimized vehicle logistics network plan for 2018 is estimated.The output of the plan includes the number and locations of the distribution centers,the service scope of each distribution center,and the transportation path from the base warehouse to each distributor.Compared with the original plan of F company,the direction of the optimization plan is proved to be effective.At the other hand,the proportion of different modes of trunk transportation in the plan is calculated as a reference for the implementation level of intermodal transportation.Finally,with the help of the logistics simulation system,we simulate and make analysis on the following topics: distribution center location,trunk transportation,distribution center service scope,etc.We compare the optimization plan and alternative plan from both sides of logistics cost and logistics time effectiveness,confirming that the 2018 optimization plan is scientific and rational.This article effectively improves the vehicle logistics network of F company by optimizing resource allocation,reducing logistics costs,and improving logistics time efficiency.For other traditional vehicle logistics companies,the ideas and methods used on the research will provide certain reference in solving such problems.
