With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the scale of urban logistics is continuously expanded,the existing road traffic resources are insufficient and the efficiency of urban logistics distribution is limited.At the same time,in accordance with the national energy conservation and emission reduction requirements,green and sharing has become the future development trend of urban logistics.Metro transportation system is an effective means to improve the efficiency of urban logistics,reduce the pressure of urban traffic and reduce the negative impact on urban logistics activities.Based on the research of the urban distribution mode and the current situation of underground logistics,this paper analyzes the feasibility of urban metro logistics distribution in China.It further studies the optimization of the location of the urban distribution center based on the metro,which has certain theoretical research and practical application value for the improvement of the urban logistics distribution system in China.The main research works of this paper are as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of urban metro logistics distribution,the paper proposes a diversified urban logistics distribution mode based on metro to develop the mode of underground and ground coordinated transportation.Combined with the actual construction and development and operation of urban metro in China,it is concluded that the urban metro daily operation has certain residual capacity during the off peak period.Fully mining the peak period of metro operation can effectively utilize the surplus capacity of metro,and can carry out the metro logistics and distribution activities in multiple periods of the day.(2)On the basis of accurate analysis and prediction of urban logistics demand,the location model and algorithm design of urban distribution center are carried out.First,based on the complex network theory,combined with the index of node degree,H-index,node betweenness,the comprehensive importance evaluation model of urban metro station nodes is established to provide better alternative sites for the site selection of urban distribution centers.Then design the route selection method within the metro based on the principle of least transfer,and constructs a location selection model of distribution center which considers the metro entrance and exit cost,line transfer cost,metro transportation cost,freight train transportation cost,fixed and variable operation cost of distribution center and terminal transportation cost.Combined with the actual logistics distribution situation,the maximum distribution range limit is increased to the model.In order to realize the balance between economic and environmental benefits of urban logistics,this paper designs the data envelopment analysis method to analyze the location plan of the city logistics distribution center,so as to optimize the location plan.Finally,combined with the city multi distribution center location is a complex combinatorial optimization problem,the algorithm design of location model is carried out by using heuristic algorithm genetic algorithm,so as to solve the location model efficiently and accurately.(3)The case study is carried out in Haidian District of Beijing.Combined with the actual development of Beijing logistics industry and the planning of Beijing,the comprehensive importance evaluation of metro station in Haidian District of Beijing is carried out.The analysis of the example shows that when the metro undertakes different proportion of logistics distribution demand,there are different optimal location schemes.Through the analysis of the comprehensive logistics benefits of different distribution schemes,it can be seen that with the increase of the proportion of metro,the cost of metro inbound and outbound and metro transfer will increase,which in turn leads to an increase in the total cost of urban logistics distribution,but the comprehensive logistics benefits of urban economic and environmental benefits are also increasing.Therefore,it is learned that when metro facilities permit,the surplus capacity of the metro transportation system should be fully utilized to promote the efficient,economic,green and sustainable development of urban logistics.Based on the metro rail transit system,this paper proposes a multi city logistics distribution system based on underground and above ground coordination.Based on the empirical analysis,the validity and feasibility of the model of distribution center location are verified,and the efficiency of the algorithm is verified.At the same time,it is proved that the urban logistics distribution based on metro transportation system can effectively promote the sustainable development of urban logistics,and provide decision support for the overall development planning of urban logistics industry in the future.
