CFETR?China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor?officially began its engineering phase in December 2017,aiming at testing and verifying the future engineering and technological feasibility of the fusion reactor.The Central Solenoid?CS?is one of the core components of CFETR and is required to operate with a maximum magnetic field of 12T,the maximum rate of change of 1.5T?s-1.To develop and validate key manufacturing methods and related technologies for large-scale Nb3Sn Cable-In-Conduit Conductor?CICC?magnets,Institute of Plasma Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences?ASIPP?is designing and developing a CFETR Central Solenoid Model Coil?CSMC?.The article can lay the foundation for the future structural analysis of CFETR Central Solenoid and even large CFETR magnets by studying the electromagnetic and mechanical properties of CS model coil.Firstly,the article established the model of CS model coil by using CATIA software.The article ignored the part that has less influence on the main model,such as the feeder of CS model coil and the winding mode of CS model coil by studying the detailed structure of CS model coil.Secondly,according to the actual running characteristics of CS model coil,the article analyzed the magnetic field of CS model coil with Maxwell software and analyzed the structure under the preload,thermal load and lorentz load condition with Workbench software.And the article analyzed the feeder of CS model coil to optimize its supporting structure.And then,the article deduced the equation of equivalent elastic parameters by introducing the homogenization theory in the process of analyzing winding pack.The article established the unit cell model of the conductor winding with ANSYS finite element analysis software.The mechanical properties of the equivalent material of the winding pack were analyzed and predicted under the given boundary conditions.Then,a simplified model of CS model coil was established to analyze the structure under the preload,thermal load and lorentz load condition.The correctness of the simplified method was verified by comparing the results of stress analysis.Finally,the seismic analysis of CS model coil was carried out from the persperctive of dynamics.The aricle was carried out to obtain its natural frequency and mode shape form the modal analysis of CS model coil structure.And the seismic response of CS model coil was obtained by seismic spectrum analysis.After that,the structure was analyzed for seismic time history and the reliability of seismic analysis was verified.
