| With the environmental problems becoming more and more serious,people pay more and more attention to the green performance of the product,and the design scheme of the product determines the green performance of the product to a great extent,so in the phase of product conceptual design,the related green attribute is considered.It is particularly important to create an optimal green product design scheme.The product green design scheme is affected by multi-factor coupling.The uncertainty and complexity of its generation and optimal selection are the main problems puzzling the current product green design.In this paper,the method of product green design scheme generation and optimization based on attribute mapping is studied.Firstly,the method of product green design scheme generation for modular combination is proposed.According to the decomposition model of product function module,the module instance with different functional attributes is generated,and the product module instance is classified and stored.The product module instance library is constructed,and the product design scheme set with different green performance is generated by the combination of different module instances.Secondly,in order to obtain the relatively optimal product design scheme with green performance,a product green design scheme optimization method based on attribute mapping is proposed,which uses support vector regression to fit the mapping correlation between optimization variables and optimization objectives.The mapping relationship between the green attribute of the product design scheme and the functional instance of the module is established.Taking the optimal green attribute of the product design scheme as the goal,the multi-objective optimization of discrete variables is carried out by combining the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm.And the product green design optimization solution set is generatedFinally,due to the large number of Pareto solutions of product green design scheme,the method of product green design scheme selection based on CPB(Cloud-PROMETHEE-BP,CPB)is put forward.The mapping relationship between product green design scheme evaluation index and multi-attribute evaluation is excavated by BP neural network.The decision model of product green design scheme is established,in which the target output of the decision model is the multi-attribute evaluation value of product green design scheme using cloud model and preference sequence structure evaluation method.The selection of green design scheme for product is realized.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the example of the generation and optimization of green design scheme for inkjet printer products. |
