Automotive has become a necessary pat of our lives. With people's attention to environmental protection and the introduction of relevant national policies, new energy vehicles will undoubtedly become the mainstream development direction of the future automotive industry. In the context of this situation,As the most widely used motors in new energy vehicles,Asynchronousmotor and permanent magnet synchronous motor, gradually approaching our vision.Automotive needs to be drived in different conditions, high precision and high performance control of these two kinds of motors has become the focus of research. The presence of vector control enables us to control ac motors as well as dc motors. In order to achieve high performance vector control, precise motor parameters are necessary. However,in the process of motor running, the motor parameters are not invariable. In this paper, the parameter measurement method and the influence of parameter variation of asynchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor will be analyzed.First of all,the working principle and mathematical model of asynchronous induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor are disscussed. We transform the motor mathematical equation from three-phase static coordinate system to two-phase rotating coordinates. The decoupling of torque and magnetic chain is realized, and simplified the equation. It laids the foundation for the subsequent analysis.Next we discuss the measurement methods for these two kinds of motor parameters separately. The traditional measurement methods for motor parameters are locked-rotor and no-load experiments. The locked-rotation experiment is to hold the motor's rotating shaft and the motor's rotation speed is 0.The motor's inductance, rotor resistance and other parameters can be obtained by analyzing the motor's T-type equivalent circuit. The no-load experiment is that the motor didn't connect any external load, and the iron loss and excitation parameters also can be obtained by analyzing the motor equivalent circuit. However, traditional measurement method usually can not be achieved because of the limited by external environmental factors.Based on it,we can simulate the locked-rotation and no-load experiments by controlling the opening and closing of the inverter,so that we can measuredthe parameters of the motor. This method is relatively easy to implement, simple and efficient. After that,we analyze the factors that affect the change of motor parameters, and study the influence of the parameters change on the motor control system. Finally,we use the asynchronous induction motor as an example to build a simulation model by using the SIMULINK function of MATLAB,and test on the DPD 60V/3KW induction motor.Simulation and experiment prove that the change of the motor parameters will certainly affect the control of the motor.
