With its low cost and high flexibility,permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control system is becoming a hot research scholars from various countries.Along with the rapid development of digital technology,speed estimation method of constantly updated,but it is still unable to shake off dependence on motor parameters.So the motor parameters detection is one of the key to the control system realization.This thesis studies the surface permanent magnet synchronous motor finding an easy parameter self-test and sensorless vector control method,in order to complete the on-line identification of motor speed and position,and ultimately achieve sensorless vector control.Firstly,the sensorless vector control and detection technologies of permanent magnet synchronous motor technology were briefly introduced.Then described the rationale and current applications,and identified the object of study.Secondly,the mathematical models of permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate systems were established.Determined i_d=0 control strategies,then gave the double closed-loop PI parameter design method.Principle of space-vector PWM modulation was illustrated,and gave a concrete implementation methodsThirdly,a quasi current oriented control scheme is proposed to detect the inductance in the motor is stationary.And then based on the counter electromotive force formula,in the motor shut down process,calculated rotor flux within a certain speed range.Furthermore,a motor speed and position model reference adaptive estimation system with online stator resistance identification was designed,and simplified the model for i_d=0control strategy.Followed by the overall hardware design,includes the main circuit,driving circuit,signal modulation circuit and protection circuit,esc.And thesis described software design process,to digitize speed estimation method and double closed-loop speed control method.Finally,taking the ARM chip as the control core,a prototype is built to do principle experiment.Comparative analysis of the parameter identification performance of the two models was given,and then the results of speed and load mutation experiments.Through experimental waveforms,this thesis designed control system with high dynamic performance,can track the given speed fast and stably.
