With the continuous development of the social economy,the role of talent in the enterprise is becoming more and more obvious.The most important component of the three factors of enterprise productivity is employees.How to retain talents and make employees satisfied and increase employee loyalty has become an important issue for the sustainable development of modern enterprises.In this paper,the employees of Hebei Erji Co.,Ltd.are the main research objects,and the related theories and research results of domestic and foreign employees' satisfaction are used.Based on the survey questionnaire data,the employee satisfaction of Hebei Erji Corporation is evaluated by SPSS software.First of all,according to the current status of the company's human resources and the major problems existing in the company,the questionnaire was developed and distributed,and the results of the survey were analyzed.Five hypotheses were proposed based on the analysis results.Then,the structural equation model of employee satisfaction was constructed based on the factors of fairness,personnel distribution,employee relations,net income,and nature of work.The statistical analysis software Amos24.0 was used to test the data for fitting so that the revised model could be better reflect the impact of each factor on employee satisfaction,to verify the results of hypothesis testing,and to find out the degree of influence of the five factors related to the company's employee satisfaction.According to the analysis of the operational results of the structural equation model,it can be seen that there is a significant positive effect of net income and employee satisfaction,a positive relationship between employee relations,fairness,job nature and satisfaction,and a positive correlation between net income and job nature.Finally,with reference to the analysis results,the company proposes reasonable and effective suggestions for improvement,such as perfecting the salary distribution system,perfecting personnel allocation and performance appraisal management system,etc.,to better improve employee satisfaction.
