Nowadays,while the company is facing more development opportunities in the fierce market,it will also face more severe challenges.This time,whether it is a state-owned enterprise or a private enterprise,in the fierce market,if you want to have a differentiated competitive advantage,you must pay attention to The construction of the talent team improves the satisfaction of the employees of the enterprise.The enterprise has changed from focusing only on benefits and customer satisfaction to focusing on the needs and satisfaction of employees.This change in management mode is the result of market economy and reform and opening up,and it is also the progress and sublimation of an enterprise’s management thinking.Due to the outflow of a large number of talents from Jianhua Co.,Ltd.,especially the loss of management personnel,it has brought great risks to the operation of the company.With the continuous enrichment of theories,Jianhua Co.,Ltd.needs to begin to attach importance to employee satisfact ion and regard employee satisfaction as a standard for testing corporate management in order to reduce the loss of corporate talents.Therefore,this article summarizes the domestic and foreign literature,analyzes the related concepts and theories of empl oyee satisfaction,and obtains the status quo and survey empirical analysis of Jianhua Co.,Ltd.,and conducts investigation and analysis on the status quo of employee satisfaction of Jianhua Co.,Ltd.The measurement of employee satisfaction shows that th e problem of insufficient employee satisfaction of Jianhua Co.,Ltd.mainly includes four parts: unscientific salary system,lack of corporate culture construction,insufficient attention to training and development,and insufficient welfare guarantee.And finally came up with the strategy of improving employee satisfaction of Jianhua Co.,Ltd.,so as to provide suggestions on how to improve employee satisfaction,which can provide references for construction companies similar to the company,and help const ruction companies retain talents.
