With the development of vehicle technology, the speed of vehicle has been greatly improved. This also poses a great threat to vehicle's braking safety. With this vehicle's anti lock technology,ABS technology plays an important role.At present, the ABS technology of cars is very popular. But with the increase of people's need to travel, the number of two-wheeled vehicle is increasing rapidly, and the speed of two-wheeled vehicle is also higher and higher. This poses a great challenge to the braking safety of two-wheeled vehicle.Through analyzing the whole structure of the two-wheeled vehicle system and the forces during braking,it is necessary for studing the ABS system of two-wheeled vehicle which is very unstable during the whole time of braking. This paper introducts and studies the ABS system and establishes the overall design of the ABS control system based on two-wheeled vehicle. This paper analyzes various of regulators of breaking force Aiming at offsetting the shortages of normal regulator of breaking force, this paper puts forward a new idea on regulator of breaking force which is controlled by servo motor and designs its concrete model. In order to test the function of this design, the hydraulic ABS system controlled by the traditional solenoid valve is analyzed and its basic model is built in order to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of their braking efficiency in their simulations. The control algorithm of ABS system is studied, and the on-off controller based on the wheel slip, the PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller are designed. This paper uses MATLAB/Simulink to build modeling and simulation of each module and obtains the corresponding conclusion through comparison of this two kinds of regulator of breaking force under control of PID.Results of the ABS system controlled by servo motor under different algorithms prove that the improvements on algorithms can also raise safety and braking function of two-wheeled vehicle.
