The Realization Of Water Service System Design And Management Based On J2EE

With the increasingly-prominent problem of water deficiency and water pollution,it is generally recognized that it is possible to solve this problem by strengthening the water resources management in order to achieve the effective use and scientific allocation of water resources.With the development of urbanization,water management is directly related to the quality of people's production and life,as well as social stability.But at present,the water management approaches of the water administrative departments are still relatively backward,for lack of modern managing,supervising and technical methods.The goal of this project is to establish an intelligent,efficient and high quality water management information system.It can improve the efficiency of the Water Management Bureau and the governmental management service,and provide better service of water users.Through the investigation and analysis,this paper suggests eight management functional models of the water management system,including public information management,document management,administrative office management,water saving business management,water business management,water service hall business management,planned statistical management and system management.The system uses J2 EE and SSH framework(Struts,Hibernate,Spring),workflow engine on basis of the latest Activiti5 workflow development framework.Activiti5 workflow engine is reconfigurable based on jBPM workflow engine.Compared with other workflow engines,Activiti5 workflow engine is very extensible and flexible.WebGIS platform is based on the world map API.Based on the data resources of the world map,the system can realize the spatial location,classification expression and query retrieval of the user information of water business.It can provide the professional and characteristic geographic information service based on the spatial position for the water management staff.In general,through the research of this paper,we can comprehensively enhance the level of management about water resources,promote the management of urban water resources and the rational development and optimize allocation and efficient utilization of water resources.At the same time,it can strengthen supervision and management functions of water administrative departments for water resources development and utilization,and lay a good foundation for the standardization,informatization and scientificization of water management.
