Research And Implementation Of Highway Emergency And Disposal Workflow System Based On Activiti

With the development of transport infrastructure construction in China,ordinary highway network construction has experienced a process which comes from less to more,from slow to fast.By the end of 2015,the total mileage of highway road network has reached 4.5 million kilometers.However,as the growing of highway network operating mileage,highway emergencies happened frequently and number of highway emergencies increased year by year.Therefore,as the increasing highway emergencies,how to quickly notice the emergency and timely emergency disposal,to handle the process of the emergency event in a timely and effective manner,to minimize the economic loss and casualties in the accident,to ensure the smooth traffic of highways and stable and orderly management,it has become a problem urgently to be solved in the field of intelligent transportation.This paper based on the project “Highway network operation monitoring and emergency disposal system of Hubei province”,which belongs to Hubei Province Transportation Hall Highway Administration,has designed the highway emergency disposal of the workflow system based on Activiti.Using workflow technology in the emergency disposal system,can make the system execution sequence according to the definition of the process,convenient and efficient to realize the whole process of emergency disposal.In this paper the main research work are as follows:(1)The paper has researched and analyzed the emergency disposal system,emergency plan technology and workflow technology to understand the research situation at home and abroad,points out problems and solutions of the current highway system work in the emergency disposal.The paper has surveyed the key technology will be used,choosing the Activiti and BPMN 2.0 as the workflow technology.(2)In combination with the practical situation of highway in Hubei province,has cleared about the requirements of the emergency disposal system,designed the emergency disposal process of the entire system,and analyzes the urgent work of highway network of emergency treatment of three stages: preparation stage,implementation stage,after the completion of the evaluation phase highway road network three phases of work: preparatory phase,implementation phase,after the completion of evaluation phase.(3)This paper has build a whole workflow modeling which based on Activiti of the process of emergency disposal system,and emphatically analyzed the workflow template management,deployment of process,the management of the process instance and the configuration and operation of the workflow engine,and finally monitors and tracks the business process in workflow model of the whole emergency disposal system,It also has distinguished the completed tasks and unfinished tasks,which is convenient to the staff for management.(4)This paper has designed and build an emergency handling process evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),completed on the emergency disposal process of the emergency evaluation,analyzed its advantages and disadvantages and the gain and loss,emergency disposal for later work experience.Last part,this paper carried out detailed tests,the result meets the actual requirements of the system,the system can improve the efficiency of treatment.
