With economic development,the number of private cars in our country has seen a spurt of growth.In 2015,China added 24.5 million private cars.However,the existing transport resources in major cities are very limited and can no longer meet the needs of so many vehicles on the road.This situation has led to traffic congestion in most of our cities.With the Internet age coming,many unsolved problems can solved by the Internet.Therefore,people began to try to use the Internet for smart traffic.Most of the major cities in our country did not consider such an order of magnitude of vehicular traffic at the beginning of their design,so the roads' width was very limited.According to the width of the road cannot be widened,the dispersion and control of the vehicles with different phases at the intersections can reduce the congestion of the intersections,that is,reduce the delay of the vehicles and improve the traffic efficiency of the vehicles.Therefore,the timing of signal lights is an important way to ease congestion.This paper studies the current mainstream signal timing method and improves basing on the existing signal timing method.The author proposes a combination of fuzzy control method and improved Weber's algorithm to time the single-pointintersection signal lamp.And proposed fuzzy control method for multi-point intersection signal light's timing.Based on the data of intersections on some main roads in D City,the author designed a dynamic signal light's timing method.At a single intersection,we use the modified Weber's algorithm to find out the time period,calculate the additional time of the green light with the fuzzy control method,and finally get the cycle of the dynamic timing of the single intersection.We use the results obtained from a single intersection and fuzzy control method to obtain the dynamic timing of multiple junctions.Finally,the author uses MATLAB software to simulate the design,and compares the result with the original one to prove that the proposed method has better effect.
