With the reshaping of China's economic structure and the gradient shift of the industry,as well as the development of the Internet and the rise of e-commerce,the logistics industry has gradually shifted from the flourishing development of coastal areas to inland second and third-tier cities. These gradually generated huge demands. The development of the logistics industry in inland cities has brought good opportunities. However,in the early stage of industrial development, spatial choices and industrial layout are often confusing but they also have certain regularities.Wuhan has a good location and is located in the hub of the central region. It is highly advantageous in the development of the logistics industry.Gradient transfer in the logistics industry also provides a huge space for the development of the logistics industry in Wuhan. Therefore, exploring the development of Wuhan's urban logistics space and understanding the structure and formation mechanism of Wuhan's urban logistics space will not only contribute to the healthy development of Wuhan's logistics industry, but also promote the scientific planning of urban space and the effective use of scarce land resources. And provide reference for the development of other cities. In this study,by combing related theories and research literatures at home and abroad, based on the current status of logistics space development in Wuhan City,a geographical database was established, and a geographically weighted regression model was established based on Wuhan's social economy, transportation network, and infrastructure to establish the mechanism.First of all, using ArcGIS10.2 software to spatially analyze logistics sites in Wuhan, first analyze the spatial pattern of all logistics sites, and analyze the distribution direction of logistics sites in Wuhan by generating standard deviation ellipses. In addition, the use of nuclear density analysis tools to generate spatial distribution density maps of logistics sites in Wuhan, from which we can see the multi-centralized characteristics of logistics centers in Wuhan. Then,it analyzes the logistics sites in Wuhan and analyzes different types of logistics sites to obtain different spatial characteristics of logistics sites with different functions.Secondly, through the application of fractal theory, the system spatial structure of logistics sites in Wuhan is analyzed in more depth.According to the fractal theory, the three dimensional dimensions of aggregation dimension, correlation dimension, and grid dimension are chosen to describe and fractal the spatial structure of Wuhan city logistics system.Computation of these three FDI indicators can fully reflect and characterize the spatial distribution and spatial structure characteristics of logistics sites in Wuhan. Finally,a regression analysis of the spatial distribution of spatial distribution of logistics sites in Wuhan and the influence factors by using the geographically weighted regression analysis tool of ArcGIS 10.2 software.Study on the spatial heterogeneity of the influence of various influencing factors on the spatial distribution of logistics sites in Wuhan.In-depth analysis of the formation mechanism of spatial distribution of logistics sites in Wuhan. The following conclusions are drawn:The overall characteristics of the spatial structure of logistics sites in Wuhan are that the urban center area is relatively compact, the city periphery is relatively dispersed, and multiple centers are present in the area.Calculating the fractal dimension of three spatial structures can reflect the spatial distribution differences of logistics sites in Wuhan from different aspects. The warehouse-type logistics field has a strong clustering point, the transportation-type logistics field takes second place, and the distribution-type logistics field has the most decentralized distribution.Through the establishment of a geographically weighted regression model,it is found that the spatial variation of the impact factors is quite different, and the spatial differentiation of the Wuhan logistics field is the result of superposition of various influencing factors such as road network density and land price level.
