| ATP(Automatic Train Protection)is one of the important equipments in the train control system.With the increase of the integration,coupling,and complexity of the structure,the faults generated by the ATP are the characteristics such as randomness,overlapping and diversity,and increase the likelihood of multiple failures.Therefore,it is particularly important to research on the multi-fault diagnosis of ATP vehicle equipment.It is focused on the faults’ diagnosis of the CTCS3-300 T ATP vehicle equipment,and aimed to achieve effective monitoring and reliable diagnosis of single and multiple faults of CTCS3-300 T ATP vehicle equipment through theoretical analysis,simulation modeling,and intelligent diagnosis.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the CTCS3-300 T ATP vehicle equipment are analyzed,and the causes and impacts of the historical fault data of the vehicle equipment are analyzed,the multi-fault diagnosis method on ATP vehicle equipment is proposed as the single fault diagnosis method has multiple faults.Because of the fault characteristics of vehicle equipment,a fault-test related matrix model was established.The relationship and difference between the fault to be diagnosed and the known fault were visually represented by calculations,and as important basis and reference of multi-fault diagnosis,especially the problem of detection and separation of multiple faults on ATP vehicle equipment.Secondly,according to the established related matrix model of ATP vehicle equipment,the DDE(Discrete Differential Evolution)algorithm based on hybrid strategy is used to analyze the model data and solve model by selecting appropriate fitness function to change continuously the scaling factor and crossover probability.So the minimum hitting sets of matrix model is calculated,and the existing fault types are fitted.And the data of Wuhan-Guangzhou line is taken as an example,the reasonableness and validity of the Hybrid DDE algorithm in multiple fault diagnosis of CTCS3-300 T ATP vehicle equipment are verified by simulation.Finally,the potential faults of CTCS3-300T ATP vehicle equipment are researched through simulating model,experimental verification and fault diagnosis,and the single fault and multiple faults are effectively identified,the results verify the effectiveness that the algorithm is used to diagnose multi-fault security of the vehicle equipment. |
