The construction of expressway engineering projects is carried out in more complex natural and social environments.Such projects have special requirements such as large-scale construction,long duration,large investment,and high technical requirements,and are in the process of construction.There are also many uncertainties.The risks brought about by the uncertainty of the events will affect the final realization of the project.The article relies on the practical construction of the Pancheng test section(PDSY-1 bid section)of Pengyang(Gan-Ning-jie)to Daqiao Village(Gan-Shan-jie)Expressway(abbreviated to “Peng Da-Sheng Expressway”)project,which combines theoretical and practical aspects.Combine,study the factors that have an impact on the construction schedule of the project during the construction phase,provide scientific advice after scientific analysis and evaluation,and thus reduce the losses caused by the project construction risk factors.The main contents of the article study are as follows:(1)A two-round screening method was adopted to initially identify the risk indicators for the construction progress of expressway projects.Combined with the project characteristics of the experimental section of the Pancheng Project and the actual construction progress of the project,the risk indicators were further screened and optimized through questionnaires to obtain the final PengDa The first-level indicators for the construction schedule risk assessment of the high-speed Pancheng test section were a total of 5,namely: environmental risk,technical risk,management risk,construction arrangement,and project behavior subject risk;and there were 16 secondary indicators,namely: natural environment risk,Social environmental risks,technological maturity,engineering changes,lack of management personnel literacy and quantity,hidden dangers of on-site safety accidents,contract risks,determination of construction plans,determination of construction plans,running water construction organization,equipment supply delays,design improvements and changes,Poor supervisory supervision,timely supply of owners' funds,subcontractors' performance risk,and government support,and construction of a construction schedule risk index system for the Pancheng trial section of Pengda Expressway.(2)Based on the engineering characteristics of this project,and based on the risk assessment method and related theories,a fuzzy hierarchy model for construction schedule risk assessment of the Pancheng trial section of Pengda Expressway was constructed.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of various construction schedule risk indicators are determined,and the comprehensive evaluation of the construction schedule risk is performed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation results obtained indicatethat the project has “medium risk” and basically meets the actual situation of the project construction of the Pancheng test section(PDSY-1 bid section)of Pengda Expressway.(3)Based on the results obtained from the risk assessment and the gap between the actual construction schedule and the planned construction progress,the following suggestions are made on the existing risks and potential risks of the project: reasonably determine the project duration and make appropriate adjustments to increase the site The strict requirements for construction measures,the strengthening of supervision of project construction progress,the effective evasion of social factors,and the proper response to natural risk factors according to the characteristics of the project area,can use the BIM technology to carry out reasonable scientific management of the project construction schedule.This article is based on the construction party's point of view to evaluate the risk of high-speed public construction progress,and the risk assessment index system and evaluation model it constructs are all of the participants of the Pancheng Experimental Section(PDSY-1bid)project of Pengda Expressway.New exploration of the combination of theory and practice.Quantify the risk of construction progress of expressways,and use a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to study the risk factors that cause the project schedule to fail to achieve the desired results.This has reference value for the construction progress of the actual project and related similar projects and can be a similar project.And related researchers provide some information.
