In recent years,the expressway has developed rapidly in China as a large-capacity,fast,and low-cost mode of transportation.Due to the huge amount of investment and the long construction period,the implementation process is affected by uncertain factors,so that the highway construction progress will be The impact of various factors,and construction progress as one of the important objectives of project management,once the schedule is delayed,will not only make the entire project unable to progress smoothly,but also lead to the development of cities along the expressway construction from the expected plan.Therefore,it is of great significance for highway construction to effectively identify,analyze and evaluate the construction schedule risk of expressways and improve risk management measures.First,constructs a construction risk assessment index system for the SD2 contract section of the Linxia Shuangcheng-Daliga(Ganqingjie)highway construction project(here in after inreferred as to Shuangda-2 Contract section).Based on the existing research results,analyze the relevant information of highway construction schedule management,use the RBS method to refine the highway construction schedule risk,and combine the construction progress of the Shuangda-2 Contract section highway project.In the situation,through the expert questionnaire survey,the risk factors identified initially were further optimized and identified,and finally the first-level indicators of the construction progress risk of the double-two-Contract section project were 6 and a total of 16 secondary indicators,and the construction schedule risk of the double-Contract section and two-Contract section construction was constructed.Evaluation System.Then establishes a risk assessment model for the construction progress of the two-Contract section construction.Combining the related analysis and evaluation methods of risk management,on the basis of triangle fuzzy number theory,calculating the weight value of risk factor index through network analysis method,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to scientifically evaluate construction schedule risk,and construct fuzzy network evaluation model To evaluate the risk level of the construction progress of the Shuangda II project.According to the calculation results,the risk of the Shuangda 2 Contract section is0.306.From the risk commentary,we can know that the risk faced by this project belongs to“Class III risk”,which is consistent with the actual project construction.The paper analyses the construction schedule risk of the Shuangda-2 Contract section expressway from the perspective of construction party,and uses fuzzy network analysis method to evaluate the combination of qualitative and quantitative.Comparing the actual construction progress of the project with the planned construction progress.Then propose risk factor matching strategy which provides decision basis for risk management of expresswayconstruction schedule.
