Highway maintenance work is extensive and large,and the workers in the work area need to work in an open traffic environment,which may lead to life safety being threatened because of some risks.In the process of rapid construction of domestic highway network,more maintenance and management operations are followed,which leads to the continuous increase of accidents in maintenance operations,and the safety of construction personnel is increasingly unable to be effectively guaranteed.In addition,because the maintenance work is not only large and complex,but also changeable in nature,it is not enough for the construction personnel to rely on their own experience,but also need to rely on advanced equipment and technology to carry out construction more scientifically,effectively and safely.This study will take the X highway maintenance project as a case to analyze the safety risk factors of highway maintenance construction and qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the safety risk of highway maintenance construction.In order to explore more effective and reasonable measures to provide protection for the safety of construction workers,and provide reference for the corresponding management personnel.This research firstly summarizes the existing research results,then defines the concept of highway maintenance,introduces the factors affecting the safety of maintenance operation,and combs the theory of risk assessment and fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation respectively,which is the theoretical support.Through the analysis of relevant national norms,actual cases and status,the shortcomings of current maintenance construction management are summarized,and the necessity of research on safety risk of highway maintenance construction is highlighted.In order to focus on the analysis of construction process affecting operation.The safety factors are separated from the traditional human-vehicle-road-environment system and analyzed separately from the human-vehicle-road-environment-construction.The importance of relevant risk factors is known to relevant experts through the questionnaire model,and the corresponding risk evaluation index system is established based on this.Finally,X project is taken as a case to make a concrete analysis.On the basis of discussing the general situation of the project,identify and evaluate the safety factors affecting the operation in X project,comprehensively and systematically judge the possibility of risk occurrence and loss caused by the project,and evaluate the importance of each risk with the method of Fuzzy Hierarchical Comprehensive Evaluation,so as to be more pertinent.Make management plan.Provide theoretical basis and technical support for decision-makersand managers,so as to ensure the safety and orderly maintenance of expressway.
