The switch control circuit is an important part of the railway signal equipment,which mainly realizes switch,lock and position detection of the switch,and plays a huge role in ensuring the safety of railway transportation.In order to comprehensively evaluate the work performance of the switch control circuit,according to the working characteristic of our country switch control circuit,combined with the embedded technology,communication technology,man-machine interface development technology and intelligent diagnosis technology etc,this thesis designs the PS-LCD(Programmable Smart LCD,referred to as PS-LCD)host module and the on-line monitoring of the AC/DC switch machine(this module monitors the running switch on line),the offline drive of the AC/DC switch machine(this module simulates the indoor switch control circuit,and collects on the current data through the control outdoor switch machine),the virtual AC/DC switch machine(this module simulates the outdoor switch machine,and is controlled by indoor switch control circuit to collect current data)six sub-modules.Finally,the sub-modules with different functions is inserted into the motherboard box containing the PS-LCD host module to realize an intelligent analysis device suitable for any switch control circuit.By analyzing the change of the current in the switch operation,this instrument makes a judgment on the working state of the switch control circuit.This topic mainly introduces the research and design of PS-LCD host module,which mainly realizes the development of man-machine interface and the configuration of sub-module and the function of diagnosing current data uploaded by sub-modules.The thesis firstly introduces the background and significance of the research and the research status in this field.Then the overall design scheme of the analyzer and the functional purpose of each module are put forward,and the functional requirements of the PS-LCD host module are analyzed.The design and realization of the PS-LCD host module are described in detail by analyzing the function requirements of the analyzer.Firstly,the interface development tool Designer is used to realize the development of human-machine interface.Then,the data communication of PS-LCD host module and other sub-modules is introduced by the offline drive of the AC switch machine as an example.The diagnosis and analysis of the operating performance of the switch control circuit is the key to the realization of the PS-LCD host module.Taking the S700 K switcher as an example,the thesis analyzes the normal current data and various fault current data under the action state,the current data is stored to form a database by dividing the coordinate space into grids.In the end,a fault diagnosis method of switch control circuit based on fast shape context which can be implemented bymicroprocessor is put forward,and its theoretical basis and implementation process are emphasized.Through an example analysis,this method can accurately identify the fault condition of the switch control circuit.The test results show that the PS-LCD host module can perform the expected design functions better,including data communication,man-machine interface display,control and configuration of other sub-modules and intelligent analysis faults.In addition,the overall analyzer has the advantages of small size,fault interface display,sub-modules insert and uninstall and easy to carry.It can assist the electrical worker to check the wiring of the indoor and outdoor cable of any type of switch machine,and comprehensively diagnose the fault of the switch control circuit and improve the working efficiency.
