| In the context of the steady growth of the national economy,the water conservancy and hydropower industry has achieved significant development.However,while the water conservancy industry is booming,the construction safety of water conservancy projects has become increasingly prominent.Although construction companies have adopted many safety assessment methods,due to the existence of unsafe factors in the construction of water conservancy projects,they have a very strong fuzzy attribute.At present,the safety assessment methods commonly used by construction companies have a very general effect in quantitative evaluation,leading to water conservancy projects.The issue of construction safety is still very serious.Therefore,further research on the method of safety assessment during the construction phase of water conservancy projects is of great significance to realize the healthy development of the water conservancy industry.This article sums up the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on safety evaluation technology,in-depth analysis of the current status of safety management of water conservancy construction sites in China,and points out the current weaknesses in China’s water conservancy construction safety management;and then falling from high places,objects The main causes of accidents were analyzed in the types of accidents common to the construction site of the four water conservancy projects,including combat,mechanical damage,and electric shock.It was concluded that the main causes of safety accidents in the construction site ofwater conservancy projects were people,objects,management,and the environment.Through further detailed analysis of the four major influencing factors,combined with the characteristics of the construction phase of the water conservancy project,a safety evaluation index system for the construction site of the water conservancy project was established.This paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weights of indicators.Through reviewing a large amount of data and making continuous efforts,it has made some improvements to the AHP to make it more reliable for the calculation of the weights.The established judgment matrix is more reasonable and the introduction of the most The transfer theory avoids the cumbersome consistency checking of the traditional AHP.In the aspect of quantitative evaluation,this paper introduces intuitionistic fuzzy theory and uses intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to construct evaluation matrix.Through the joint action of membership function and non-subordination function,the safety evaluation result is more accurate.Finally,the safety assessment results are put forward to prevent and suppress the occurrence of safety accidents in the construction safety management work of water conservancy projects,so as to effectively improve the safety management level of water conservancy construction companies. |
