In the process of bridge construction, cons truction monitoring is the key step in the construction schedule and project quality contro l. And the evaluation of bridge construction monitoring effect can effectively evaluate the good or bad of a construction stage monitoring effect, at a timely manner to improve and adjust monitor method, make the next construction stage monitoring effect is better, which can make the whole bridge into the com pleted effect of a bridge for desired scenario, therefore is appear to be crucial.However, the current assessment of the construction m onitoring results are often overly dependent on personal experience, just give a general qualitative assessment of the results, also not precise enough science. In order to sc ientifically and valid a ssessment the effect of cable-stayed bridge constructi on monitoring, this paper pr oposes an im proved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP), and based on the general content for cable-stayed bridge construction monitoring, establish com prehensive effect evaluation sys tem of cable-stay ed bridge construction monitoring. Then, on the basi s of the actual engineering data, using the comprehensive evaluation system of six rushed river extra long cabl e-stayed bridge of Guizhou, and jiujiang Y angtze River second br idge has carried on the com prehensive evaluation. In this paper, with the im proved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP) for cable-stayed bridge construction control effect in the comprehensive evaluation system of the determination of index weight, then the fuzzy com prehensive evaluation method based on IAHP and according to the rating criteria for each index rating, assessm ent level is divided into five grade: excellent, good, general, bad, awfully, correspond to different score interval, through the analysis and calculation on cable-stayed bridge construction control effect can be drawn from overall score, thus more intuitively reflect the stand or fall of cable-stayed bridge construction control effect. In this article the author according to the actual engineering data and expert assessment, and through the m onitoring to the construction of two engineering examples are calculated and the effect were evaluated, the results similar to the result of the professional assessment team, effectively verified the cable-s tayed bridge construction control effect comprehensive evaluation system of scientific and practical.
