At present,the transformation of China's economic development mode is accelerating,energy resources and environmental constraints are aggravating,energy development problems are becoming increasingly prominent,and industry supervision is increasingly tight.All these changes have a profound impact on the development of SGCC(State Grid Corporation of China)industry.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately judge the situation and clear the strategic positioning of these industries.On this basis,construct a reasonable ecosystem of SGCC industry,which is beneficial to realize the complementation of internal and external resources and capabilities,as well as to continuously improve the core competence of the company through business integration and innovation.At the same time,it is necessary to make a health diagnosis of the system for in-depth study of the system industry layout and management mechanism optimization direction and ideas,so as to provide decision support for promoting the sustainable development of the company's industrial innovation.The main content of this paper is to construct SGCC industry ecosystem from the perspective of ecosystem,and to explore the method and model of system health evaluation,so as to put forward the suggestions for healthy development in future.Firstly,through the theoretical research on the current situation of business ecosystem at home and abroad,this paper combs the basic theory of the business ecosystem and its health assessment.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the industry development of SGCC.Combining the relevant theories of ecosystem,this paper defines the connotation of SGCC industry ecosystem,constructs the structure model and factor relation diagram of the system,and summarizes the characteristics.Again,the main factors that affect the system's health are identified by using system dynamics model and fishbone diagram.And construct the interpretative structural model to find out the relationship among theese influencing factors,so as to determine the health evaluation index system.Then,in order to take the sorting and classification information into account,this paper proposes an order relation-PP method to calculate the combination weight,and an improved PSO is used to optimize the PP model.Finally,an evaluation model is constructed on the basic of TOPSIS and the matter-element extension assessment method.In the empirical analysis,the health level of the industry ecosystem of SGCC during 2014-2016 is obtained.Combined with the actual survey results,this paper diagnoses the main problems in the system and studies the optimization direction and ideas of the system industry layout and management mechanism,which provides reference for the healthy development.Through the example analysis,it can be found that the health evaluation index system can directly reflect the health level,avoiding the miscellaneous and repeated problems resulting from hybrid multiple attribute.The order relation-PP method can take both subjective and objective information into account,and determine the index weight reasonably.In order to overcome the shortage of TOPSIS in the division of evaluation level,the thought of matter element extension is used to improve TOPSIS that realizes the innovation of health evaluation model of ecosystem.This research shows that the model conforms to the actual development of the system and has a certain reference value.
