With the rapid development of economy and the continue-accelerating of urbanization, subway has become the main mode of public transport in medium-sized cities because of its high speed, low pollution and energy consumption, and high cost-effective features. However, subway construction is a complex process, involves more potential risk factors and more serious consequences will be caused if the risk happens due to its large-scale and the strong concealment of construction. Generally speaking, once the accident happens, significant economic losses and serious casualties will be led. Therefore, comprehensive analysis of the risk factors and good subway construction risk assessment are of great guiding significance for reducing rail traffic engineering accidents and improving project risk management.Compared with general constructions, complexity and dynamic nature of subway construction project makes its risk analysis more uncertain and more subjective. In this paper, the main reasons of subway construction accidents were summarized on the basis of literature review and deep analysis of the mechanism and key features of subway construction risk. Then the main risk factors of subway construction were classified from four aspects, environment, personnel, technology and equipment, management.Subway construction risk evaluation index system was constructed based on the classification and analysis of the main risk factors, and the risk evaluation indexes are sequenced and filtered according to the basic principle of the TOPSIS method, then the main risk evaluation indexes are determined.The index weight of subway construction safety evaluation was determined through adopting the combination of Delphi and analytic hierarchy process method. Based on the index system of subway construction safety evaluation, the multi-level extension evaluation model of subway construction risk was determined via the Matter-element theory, which was applied to the NanJing subway construction project. The result indicates that the comprehensive evaluation of NanJing subway construction is ―safety‖, and engineering geological condiction, construction environment, safety operation situation, waterproof and drainage treatment, safety risk education is located in ―qualified‖.This paper research results can be applied to guide the determination of NanJing subway construction management and risk prevention measures. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for more comprehensive and quantitative analysis. |
