In order to achieve the national goal of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and realize the sustainable development of railway projects,the green construction of land for railways and the protection of land resources need to be vigorously advanced.The current status quo is that the country is making great efforts to build railway projects.The number of construction sites that can be used to build railways is getting less and less.In the construction process of the railway projects,there is no uniform standard for the protection of land and land resources for railway green construction,resulting in railways.During the construction of the project,the unnecessary occupation of land was occupied,and damage was done to land that may not be damaged or could be mitigated or even not damaged.To solve these problems,this paper measures measures for the protection of land and resources for green construction of railways.Analyzed and established a set of railway green construction land and land resources protection effect evaluation system.This article uses the literature analysis method and field investigation method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the measures for the green land saving of railway construction and land resources protection.These measures are used to screen and evaluate indicators for evaluating the effect of railway green construction and land resources protection.The construction of the system provided the basis for the construction of the evaluation index system and together reflected the effectiveness of the railway's green construction and land conservation.The construction of evaluation index system for the green construction of land and land resources protection effect of railways firstly applied the literature analysis method and comparative induction method to form a preliminary evaluation index list,and then used the questionnaire survey method to summarize the feedback of experts to form the final A list of evaluation indicators,and then use the target decomposition method to build the evaluation index system into a multi-level target evaluation system.For the railway green construction land and land resources protection effect evaluation model,the triangular fuzzy number AHP-variation coefficient combination weighting method was used as the weight determination method,and the final evaluation method was based on the improved grey evaluation method based on the improved triangle whitening weight function.The validity of the evaluation model for land-use and land resource protection effectiveness of the railway construction project was verified by using the Baolan high-speed railway of Gansu Province as an example.The results show that the evaluation model can be used to evaluate the effect of green railway land and land conservation during the construction phase.Accurately evaluate and find low-level indicators to facilitate managers to take timely measures to increase the level of performance of indicators,and to sort the effect of different sections of land-savings.By comparing with the actual situation on site,the calculation results are basically consistent with the actual situation.The research on the protection measures and effect evaluation of railway green construction land and land resources protection provided a certain reference for China's railway green construction land and land resource protection standardization,and also contributed to the realization of sustainable development strategy for China's railways.the power of.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the main influencing measures for land saving and land resource protection for green construction of railways;(2)Construct an evaluation index system for land use and land resources protection effectiveness evaluation of railways and grade the evaluation indicators;(3)Set up a set of It is suitable for the evaluation model of railway green construction land and land resources protection;(4)The feasibility of the constructed effect evaluation model is validated by taking Baolan high-speed railway of Gansu as an example.
