TBM(full face rock tunnel boring machine)is widely used in tunnel construction because of its fast driving speed,high construction quality,economic safety and so on.The disc cutter is the key component of TBM,and its performance directly affects the driving efficiency of TBM.In the course of TBM operation,disc cutter is directly contacted with rock and broken rock,which bears all the rock breaking force and vibration generated by rock breaking,which makes the disc cutter become the most vulnerable part of TBM.The disc cutter ring is the most vulnerable to failure part in the cutter system,which is interacted with the rock and constantly worn along with the rock breaking.Therefore,designing the new disc cutter(wedge shaped disc cutter)based on the traditional disc cutter(normal shaped disc cutter)to improve the wear resistance of the disc cutter and analyzing the vibration characteristics of the disc cutter system is of great significance for the development of the disc cutter.To improve the wear resistance of the disc cutter is one of the most important characteristics of a new type of disc cutter.This article from the perspective of the analysis of rock breaking cutters,disc cutter rock breaking motion in the maximum stress point of the analytic ring wear mechanism of cutter cutter,put forward a new concept.The rock breaking load of the disc cutter is an important condition for the study of the vibration characteristics of the cutter system.In this paper,from the actual working condition of the disc cutter,the time history load of the cutter rock breaking is simulated.By analyzing the assembly and motion rules of each part of cutter system,the multi-body dynamics model of disc cutter system is established,and the vibration characteristics of various parts of normal and wedge shaped cutter are studied,which provides theoretical basis for studying the structure of disc cutter and the vibration of cutter head.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)according to the law of motion of the disc cutter rock breaking mechanism of disc cutter and rock breaking point in the circle of the maximum stress point of the new disc cutter concept and the establishment of new disc model;(2)according to the various components of disc cutter system assembly and motion relationship.The multi-body dynamics model establishment of disc cutter system of vertical and lateral and circumferential.Determination method of cutter system equivalent mass,equivalent stiffness and damping and dynamic equations;(3)were normal and wedge shaped cutter are installed in different radius and depth of cut under the condition of load and load were analyzed by finite element simulation software,the wedge shaped cutter in rock breaking load the advantage;(4)the cutter load as the external incentive system of the normal and wedge shaped cutter,disc cutter components are obtained by system vibration characteristics and comparative analysis.
