Study On ?/X-ray Detection Based On CMOS

As a photosensitive electronic component,CMOS image sensor can produce the ionization effect when irradiate it with?/X-ray,a bright spot appears in the image captured by the CMOS sensor.Therefore,the CMOS sensor can be used to detect ?/X-rays.To study the general rule of ?/X-rays energy and?-rays energy division,this thesis mainly designed the system of the ?/X-rays detection based on CMOS,using the system make a preliminary study on the reaction of ?/X-rays under different conditions.The paper also advanced a new energy algorithm of ?/X-rays image.In this system,we solved the key problems about fast capturing and continuous recording of CMOS ? /X-rays image.Research and experiments are mainly developed from the following two detection system:1.Detection based on CMOS and ARMThe detection system is mainly composed of three parts,data collection,analysis and storage.Due to the delaying effect of signal in the CMOS,adjustments are included of the already solidified camera or camera program.That is,the existing technology has limitations for realizing ?/X-ray measurement.It is necessary to add artificial adjustment parameters to adjust the frequency(the number of frames per second of the image)of image acquisition.Based on the programming and development of ARM microcontrollers,we achieved the control technology of CMOS image acquisition and storage,analyzed the image data while collecting,so as to meet various design requirements.2.Studying on X-rays detection based on CMOSThe signal collection and storage are completed by the existing monitoring equipment on the market.Using the X-rays treatment simulator as X-rays source in the Chongqing Cancer Hospital,the accelerating radiation voltage V,the accelerating current I,and the irradiation time t are used to change different X-rays conditions.ST-9904 A collect video under different conditions,based on this video study the radiation energy rule of the X-ray treatment simulator.Using the above two detection systems to complete the related experiment,the experiment data is analyzed and discussed using two arithmetic.
