With the rapid development of the UAV,the real-time transmission of the reconnaissance image can be realized.To obtain the high precision image and satisfy the micromation requirement,a camera system based on the large surface matrix COMS+FPGA is set up.Firstly,according to plentiful reference the scheme of large surface matrix CMOS camera system is presented.Secondly,the principle of the common CMOS image sensor is analyzed,and finally the IBIS5-A-1300 CMOS is chosen to be the image data collection unit. At last,surrounding the FPGA+CMOS the high speed image collection,image storage and image processing are completed;with the FPGA and hardware description language VHDL the corresponding time sequence and filtering project are developed;and the hardware logic circuit which can ascertain the delay and operation time to adapt the high speed application occasion is complied.The results show that through the image processing the contrast of the origin image is enhanced and the quality of the image is improved.
