| In recent years,the role of energy in human society and in economic development has become increasingly prominent.The development and utilization of energy is an important guarantee for the economic development of a country.With the development of science and technology and people's increasing emphasis on environmental issues,the important position of new energy becomes more and more prominent.In2014,the State Council issued the "Energy Development Strategy Action Plan" and put forward the strategic layout of continuously optimizing the energy structure and developing new energy sources.Gansu,as an important energy base in China,enjoys a unique resource advantage and a good policy environment in the development of new energy industry.However,there are also serious problems in its development.The problems such as the irrational industrial structure and the low level of technological research and development are worsening.Therefore,to find out the current situation of Gansu's new energy industry and find out the main factors that affect the development of Gansu's new energy industry are of great significance to the good development of Gansu's new energy industry.Through the analysis of the related concepts and development rules of the new energy industry,this paper comprehensively analyzes theadvantages,disadvantages and existing problems in the new energy industry development in Gansu through SWOT analysis.In empirical aspects,from the horizontal and vertical analysis of the factors that affect the development of new energy industries in Gansu.In the horizontal direction,we selected the corresponding indicators to build a model of the new energy industry in Gansu,and conducted factor analysis on the selected indicators.Longitudinally,through the C-D production function,select the corresponding indicators,the use of time-varying parameters of the state space model to simulate the data,the trend of the impact of each indicator.Based on the above analysis,we put forward some suggestions. |
