In order to promote the development of new technology of new energy power generation,China has implemented a series of measures of power system refonn,and the distribution network will accept various forms of renewable energy,in which photovoltaic(PV)has attracted more and more attention because it is environmentally-friendly and the allocation of PV is flexible.PV has gradually occupied an important part of the power resource framework of our country.Meanwhile the allocation of battery energy storage system(BESS)is used to smooth the stochastic and volatile character of PV output,PV and BESS have influence on the stability of distribution network.The risk reduction in the fault process of distribution network involves many factors,such as PV,BESS,distribution network,load distribution and so on,so it is necessary to study coordinated planning of photovoltaic battery energy storage and planned island in distribution networks to ensure the security and economy of the distribution network.In this paper,coordinated planning of photovoltaic battery energy storage and planned island are proposed as the planning subject,taking the following study works:(1)Analysis of the basic characteristics of photovoltaic and its influence on the operation and planning of the distribution network is introduced,in which the influence of the operation include the impact of loss,voltage quality,reliability,the influence of planning include increased uncertainty,reduce of the power distribution network facility utilization rate,an increase of operation management difficulty of distribution network planning.(2)The main content and purpose of coordinated planning is suggested,including the role of PV and planned Island in reducing lost of load risk,improving the practicability of planning scheme,and promoting the distribution to take active management of DG.Then on the base of these,coordinated planning model of photovoltaic battery energy storage and planned island is built considering the two aspects of the Power Grid Corp and the needs of customers,the objective functions are the the total cost and the lost of load risk,the constrains include the security constraints,reliability constraints,position constraint between PV/BESS and switch,the installation capacity constraints of DG and the charge-discharge constraints of BESS.(3)A fast calculation method of lost of load risk is proposed combining the off-line planned Island calculation with the online risk calculation,which is based on the minimal path and is useful for the need of planning.(4)The common algorithms of coordinated planning model are introduced in which the characters and fitness of NSGA-? method to the planning problem of the paper is discussed.The paper summarizes the basic principle of NSGA-? algorithm,the improvement method and the selection principle of algorithm parameters.Finally,the general process of algorithm and the selection method of optimal solution are introduced.(5)RBTS-Bus 6 distribution network is taken as an example,and the structure data and parameters of the planning mode is set.The planning results are analyzed and compared from multiple perspectives.The results prove that the planning model and solution method of coordinated planning of photovoltaic battery energy storage and planned island in distribution network is reasonable.The coordinated planning model,the fast loss of load risk calculation method and the solution method of planning model proposed in this paper can provide some references for future distribution network planning and have certain practical value.
