Energy Internet gives a new meaning of distribution network automation.D istribution network automation is one of the key links in the construction of s mart grid and even energy internet.The intelligent development of distribution network automation will lead to the "blowout" growth of information data,an d how to make full and effective use of information data and ensure the secur ity of information data.It is very important to research these contents.In view of the data management and application problem,the paper carries on the correlation analysis research to data function of current distribution network automation system.First,the paper expounds the concept,meaning and development process of energy internet and distribution network automation,the status of research at home and abroad,and points out the necessity of research on data management and application of distribution network automation under the environment of energy internet.Then,the paper analyzes the current distribution network automation system and puts forward the problems in data collection and integration,data analysis and application and data protection,the paper puts forward the evolution direction of the current distribution network automation system.Then,it studies the function realization,external integration and data backup of the data integration platform,and the method of data analysis and application,it also analyzes the security risks in the full cycle of data,and puts forward corresponding protective measures.It expects to solve the distribution network automation system data problems.The research on the Jinghai District distribution network automation project shows that there are many problems such as the interaction mess,the "information island" and the data inconsistency in the integration of data collection as well as the lack of data analysis and mining functions and the security risk of equipment terminal vulnerabilities and audit missing,many improvements were put forward respectively.Using the data of primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry in Jinghai district to establish multivariate linear regression model,forecasting the electricity consumption of Jinghai district distribution network,and using the switching times of capacitors and transformers The number of stalls and other data to establish multiple linear regression model,analysis the main reasons for Jinghai power grid voltage unqualified.Finally,the development of distribution network automation is prospected.The research can provide some reference for the construction of distribution network automation.
