Research On The Planning And Application Of Distribution Automation In Zhuankou District Of Wuhan

For the implementation of the National Development and Reform Commission and the spirit of the relevant documents,State Grid Corporation deploy a comprehensive construction of smart distribution network in 2017,to promote the construction of distribution automation and further improve the level of distribution automation applications.On the basis of State Grid Corporation’s "Thirteen Five" distribution network planning,In accordance with the distribution automation and distribution network "co-ordination planning,simultaneous construction" principle,Adopted the "master station integration,terminal and communication differentiation" mode,Comprehensively promote the construction of distribution automation,strive to improve the level of distribution automation applications,Fully support the distribution network lean management and precision investment,and continuously improve the distribution network power supply reliability,power supply quality and efficiency benefits.This article first briefly describes the development status of distribution automation;summarizes the concept,composition,function and realization of distribution automation system;This paper analyzes the current situation of 10 k V distribution network structure of power supply company in Wuhan Zhuankou Economic Development Zone of State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,the status quo and difficulties and problems in construction and application of distribution network automation related systems,Put forward the goal of distribution automation in Wuhan Zhuankou area,combined with the relevant construction principles in Zhuankou area of Wuhan,applied the pilot program of distribution automation in distribution network,and proposed the formation mode and function requirements of distribution automation system.And discussed the application of such technologies as the first-time grid reconstruction,equipment selection,feeder automation and communication channel construction.Finally,to deepen the application of distribution network automation system,supporting Wuhan Zhuankou area line loss management program to make further framework for the discussion.
