As an important part of the thermal power plant,the turbo-generator frame-based foundation carries the most core equipment of the entire power plant-the steam turbine generator set.The basic dynamic characteristics are directly related vibration problem of turbo generators has become a matter of great concern to designers and researchers.Therefore,the vibration analysis analysis of the turbine-based frame-based foundation is very Significant.In this paper,taking the vibration problem of the turbine-based foundation of a thermal power plant as an example,the whole equipment and foundation are simplified according to the specifications.They are built into the finite element 3D solid computing model by using ABAQUS and SAP 2000 finite element software respectively.The kinetic theory performs modal analysis on the model to obtain the fundamental frequency and mode shape,and then.In this paper,a preliminary study on rotor-based foundation-based joint dynamic analysis is carried out,and the kinetic model of the whole system is established by modal synthesis method.In this paper,the vibration reduction research of the turbo-generator frame foundation is also carried out by adding a spring isolator to the model to make the foundation and equipment flexible connection.The modal analysis and harmonic response dynamic analysis of the established model are carried out to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the vibration-damping foundation.By comparing the results of the dynamic analysis with the frame foundation of the non-spring isolation turbine generator,the feasibility of using the spring isolator to reduce the vibration of the turbine generator is verified.At the same time,from the perspective of economic efficiency,the turbine foundation is optimized by controlling the amount of concrete by changing the section.
