Research On Color Characteristics And Evolution Of Traditional Water Town In Lingnan Area From The Perspective Of Cultural Ecology

The formation of village color is the result of village history,culture,ecology,society,economy and many other factors,and the color and features are also a visual display of the state of the economic and social development of the village.However,with the acceleration of urban construction,the cultural ecological environment of the village has been seriously damaged,the color features are fragmented,the relationship between the color and the cultural ecological environment is separated,and the development of the village color is extremely lacking in the expression of the cultural ecological connotation.The study of the relationship between color and environment involves many perspectives,and there are few theories to systematically study the relationship between color and environment,society,culture,economic technology and many other factors.Therefore,on the basis of literature research,systematic analysis,historical investigation and empirical research,this paper introduces the theory of cultural ecology to the study of the characteristics and evolution of the architectural color of the traditional water town in Lingnan Area,and analyzes the features and evolution context of the color with a new perspective.This paper,starting with the background of the cultural ecological system of the color of traditional water town in Lingnan Area,analyzes the background of the natural environment and the background of the human environment,and analyzes the cultural ecological environment of the subsistence of the village color under the dual functions of the two parties.On this basis,the cultural ecological structure of the village color is explained in detail.Through the analysis of the layers of the structure of the traditional water town in Lingnan Area,The composition of the cultural ecological system of color in the water town of Lingnan Area is analyzed,as well as the relationship between the various cultural elements in the system,the operation mechanism and the cultural ecological performance of the color.Based on the understanding of the cultural ecosystem,it also interprets the color characteristics from the material level,the spiritual level and the social level,which also provides a way of thinking for the subsequent study of color characteristics and evolution.Then,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and historical data query,the color characteristics of all kinds of buildings in different historical periods are analyzed.The time division includes the Song and Yuan Dynasties,the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and the modernization period.However,based on the field investigation of architectural color,the study focused on the analysis of color characteristics during the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the modernization period.The analysis of these periods includes the color characteristics of different types of buildings and the color characteristics of the whole buildings.Based on the understanding of cultural ecology,the analysis of color characteristics also includes the expression of cultural ecological connotation of colors in different periods.Finally,it summarizes the ecological evolution of color,including the emergence and development,invasion and integration,and succession.And from the point of view of the system,the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of cultural ecosystem and the evolution of color is summarized,including the change of agricultural production mode,the change of social relations,the promotion of culture,the development of technology and so on.Moreover,the driving force of every development is not isolated,but is playing a role in mutual restraint and jointly promoting the transformation of cultural ecological environment.
