Based On The Private Gardens Of Lingnan Traditional Architectural Cultural Symbolcolor Research

Urban color as the most intuitive manifestation of urban image,it integrating a certain historical period of the region's unique natural geographical environment,human characteristics,and carrying the city's cultural genes.Therefore,urban color can be used as a special visual language to convey the connotation of urban culture.With the advancement of urbanization,the traditional color image of the city is threatened,the trouble of the urban color confusing,the convergence phenomenon and the traditional culture fading becoming more aggravated day by day.Based on the above reasons,the paper studies the relationship between color and culture,in order to alleviate the problem of urban color.Lingnan Traditional private garden is a kind of deep cultural phenomenon in China,with unique geographical environment,cultural background and other Lingnan culture characteristics.The decorative color is the composing factor of the garden atmosphere Construction,is also an important carrier of the Lingnan culture,it reflects the life pursuit of the Garden master and the craftsman in the past dynasties,and maps the character characteristic of the Lingnan social Collective.Based on the theory of cultural semiotics,taking the color of Lingnan traditional private garden architecture as the object of study,with the help of the lilnguistic semiotic research system of cultural semiotics,and on the basis of studying the evolution of decorative color,field researched the decorative colors of Lingnan private garden in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and extracted the color symbols and using Munsell color system to quantify color symbols and texted information into color representation pedigree,studied the inner relationship between Lingnan traditional culture and architectural decoration color.Hoping to provide new thinking for modern city color planning,make people pay attention to the cultural symbol attribute of color,and solve the problem of the disappearance of urban culture charm.In this study,the author discusses the relationship between architectural decoration color and cultural semiotics from the perspective of cultural symbols and the related theories of color and cultural semiotics,and determines the research ideas of the implied cultural connotations of color symbols and color texts.Secondly,according to the method system of color geography,it looks for the humanistic color symbol which influences the decoration color of Lingnan private garden.On the basis of combing the visual text of decorative color under the time dimension,research detailedly Lingnan four famous gardens as well as Meixi Chen Garden,the Tang garden architectural Color text information,and unifies the wood stone brick,the gray plastic pottery,the color glass,the iron casting decoration craft and the image symbol,to spot understands the Lingnan private garden the colour image.Finally,according to the architectural color symbol and the color text,this thesis analyzes the deep cultural connotations of the Lingnan unique religious etiquette culture,business culture and marine culture conveyed in the imagery color,and probes into the current Lingnan traditional color problems through the cultural semiotics theory,and provides the reference ideas for the color modern application.Stressing that we should be attached to the cultural connotation of inheritance color,to restore the regional charm of urban color.
