Research On Simple Detection And Evaluation System Of Rural Road Condition In Hunan Province

Rural rode in Hunan Province is transition from construction stage to maintenance stage and maintenance work is more and more valued.However,at the present,the rural rode in Hunan Province is short of standard and scientific standard for inspection and evaluation,also,the road condition detection and evaluation system.This has caused the road condition is not clear,maintenance staff can not formulate specific maintenance programs,which seriously affect the maintenance of rural roads.In order to establish a scientific and standardized road condition assessment system and a matching road condition assessment system,the following research was carried out by means of field investigation,statistical analysis and comparative analysis:(1)Detecting the pavement diseases of 14 cities with the road multifunctional inspection car and analyzing the types,the proportions and the causes of them to put forward the simple classification system of pavement disease,which simplified the original 11 kinds of diseases of cement pavement to 4 types of board types:normal board,mild disease board,moderate disease board and severe disease board;Simplified 11 kinds of asphalt pavement diseases into cracks,pits,sinkholes,and others 4 kinds of diseases.And this paper used the method of comparative verification to test the recognition rate of the system.,founding that the disease recognition rate of the system was almost 100%,much higher than that of 64.2%of the original disease classification.(2)According to the simple classification system of pavement disease,sampling test results of rural roads and contacting the calculation method of pavement surface distress in Highway technical condition evaluation standard,we derived a new calculation formula of pavement surface distressusing,and by means of data analysis,we get a estimation formula of smoothness which based on PCI.We use both of them as the main indicators to evaluate the pavement performance of rural roads,and verify and analyze the results of the evaluation.(3)According to the simple detection and evaluation system of rural road condition and the rural road condition of management and maintenance in our province,clearly mading responsibility and authority of all rating agencies in pavement performance evaluation.Using the Internet technology to build a pavement performance evaluationrural system which includes the road-inspection-APP and system platform,and it can realize pavement distress collection and pavement performance evaluation.Also introducing and displaying the road-inspection-APP and system interface.(4)Chosing ShaoShan as a applicated city of the system.Acquisiting the pavement disease date of county road,township road and evaluating the pavement performance,and summing up the evaluation results,dividing the good one and the bad one,analyzing the social and economic benefits of the whole system by comparison,and thinking that has huge benefits.
