This paper relies on the research of post-mix technology of post-mix technology of asphalt pavement in Liaoning Province,and analyzes a series of field survey data characteristics of hot-mix pavement and contrast road from multi-angle.Combined with the volume index of core material in pavement,Composition and mechanical properties of the performance of the typical pavement structure behavior decay characteristics of post-evaluation studies.Plant mix thermal regeneration and contrast section of field survey data show that the asphalt surface,the road traffic is given priority to with light and heavy,the main vehicle of type 2 and 3 class light trucks,6 class integral and 7,8,9 and 10 half hanging heavy duty truck.Plant mixed hot regeneration section and contrast the southbound carriageway of the sections of the main forms of diseases for the transverse longitudinal cracks and mild rut,including disease severity degree relatively light contrast section,the block crack and repair diseases more in plant mixed hot regeneration section.The hard shoulder of the two is mainly the longitudinal fracture.According to the core sample from the field drilling,the core sample is mainly caused by spalling on the surface,and the longitudinal crack of the core is mostly cracked through the entire surface layer.The rutting deformation is manifested in the surface layer,where the surface layer is not uniformly deformed than the lower layer.Compared with the comparison section of the stratum,there is a phenomenon of excessive porosity.From the distribution of road surface diseases,cross-longitudinal fracture rate and PCI data,the three factors are affected by age,road thickness and traffic.Under the same influence factors,the cross-longitudinal crack rate of the mixed heat regeneration asphalt pavement is higher than that of the contrast section.An observation database is established and the correlation analysis is carried out by SPSS software.This research shows that the load fatigue is significant.The comparison section is mainly affected by the age of the road,which indirectly indicates that its natural environmental factors are significant.In addition,both kinds of roads are related to the factors affecting the thickness of pavement surface,which indicates that the thickness factor of pavement surface material is the common factor influencing the decay characteristics of road surface.According to the research of pavement decay characterization data,combined with the pavement structural behavior equation,nonlinear fitting out the equivalent thickness coefficient is 0.75,namely in the research of plant mix thermal regenerative sections and comparing road pavement decay characteristics of the same case,1 cm thick plant mix thermal regenerative asphalt thickness of asphalt layer is equivalent to 0.75 cm below the ordinary hot mix asphalt layer.Through the high temperature uniaxial penetration shear strength,indirect tensile strength at room temperature and low temperature,freezing and splitting strength of indoor test and thawing,the results show that,compared to the hot mix plant recycling section,the comparison section volume index is relatively stable,and the void ratio is generally less than the hot mix plant recycling road.In addition,aggregate gradation in the aggregate maximum particle size refinement or nominal maximum size is more serious,the uniaxial penetration shear strength of hot mix plant recycling road is relatively large,but the difference is not obvious,eventually rutting exists in different sections.Hot mix plant recycling section of the low temperature and normal temperature indirect tensile strength are lower than the comparison section,the more the greater the gap is low,if things go on like this plus the role of vehicle load,transverse and longitudinal crack of hot mix plant recycling road will be more than the comparison section of the trend,and with the age growth will increase the gap.The freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio is less than the comparison section,especially the larger shoulder gap,which is consistent with the porosity of this law,reflect the factory mix hot regeneration section compared to the comparison section void ratio is too large,and is also the hot mix plant recycling road block and repair the main cause of many diseases.
