The Research On Traffic Safety Evaluation Of Rural Road

Today the traffic safety problems of China's rural highway also are existing in the traffic of agricultural country with a large population to a certain stage of development,which must be faced and tried to solve;which are the extremely important aspects to ensure the harmonious development of society, and to build a well-off society .From the current situation and prospects of development of Traffic Safety of the rural highway , the safety evaluation is not only an academic problem, but the big question of impacting the future development of road. The systematic and comprehensive study has important theoretical and practical significance.This article is based on this concept ,firstly through describing the research background of this thesis, as well as evaluation of the development of road safety, both at home and abroad overview of road safety research, combining the characteristics of rural highway in itself, analyzing the impact of traffic safety factor of rural road; and in accordance with different factors we establish traffic safety system of rural road and analyze the trends of traffic safety development of the socialist new countryside road .Through the guiding ideology of Traffic Safety evaluation, the thesis introduced the rural road safety assessment methods and the characteristics of a variety of evaluation methods ,introduced and compared their application characteristics, which made the choice of evaluation methods; by the related indicators of road traffic safety and the actual factors of road traffic safety in rural areas, we established rural road traffic safety evaluation model basing on Fuzzy evaluation method and AHP .Finally, the thesis apply the theory to Miluo City as an example of rural highway empirical analysis, combining the specific conditions of all aspects of the rural areas of Miluo City to evaluate the status of road safety, analyze the impact of its main problems and propose measures to improve.The purpose of this paper aimed at providing the corresponding reference system theory for the development of road traffic safety in rural areas ,and improving the performance of road safety in rural areas, road safety management for travel services to the majority of farmers.
