With the rapid development of the global economy,China is the fastest growing country in the world.But the cost of rapid economic development is the extensive economic production mode with high energy consumption and low output.Today,energy and environmental crises are erupting worldwide.This has a direct impact on China’s current economic development speed,so changeing the energy strategy and develpoing new energy has become the major direction for power companies.As a big agricultural country,the traditional way of heating in the countryside has not been used properly.This not only leads to the waste of resources,but also pollutes the ecological environment.Therefore,the rational development and use of straw resources instead of non-renewable energy for power generation has become the current development goals of the major power generation groups.The construction of straw power plant is the main way of straw resource utilization,but the lack of theoretical research on straw power plant makes the development of straw power plant difficult in our country,while the site selection of straw power plant is the key of construction project.The site selection of straw power plant is the precondition of sustainable development of straw,and the location will affect the investment of plant,operation income and market competitiveness.At present,some of the straw power plants that have been put into production still have poor planning location,resulting in increased operating costs and low profitability.The reasonable selection of straw power plant site can not only shorten the construction period,reduce operating costs,but also improve the reliability and rationality of the long-term operation of straw power plant.On the premise of fully understanding the importance of straw power plant location,this thesis studies the selection of straw power plant.Based on the actual investigation,this thesis makes a statistical investigation on the distribution of straw resources in Changchun,sums up the influencing factors affecting the location of straw power plants,and considers the disadvantages of the existing straw power plants during the selection of straw power plants.The factors influencing the location of straw power plant can be used to construct the evaluation index system of straw power plant location,which makes the selection result of straw power plant more reasonable,scientific and feasible.Changchun city was selected as the research area.Firstly,the development situation of straw power plant location and its important significance were introduced,the related theory of plant location,i.e.the basic concept,basic principle and method of siting was expounded,and the related evaluation methods of plant site selection of straw power plants were elaborated.Secondly,the site selection of straw power plant was conducted in two stages.In the first stage,the evaluation index system of straw power plants was established by considering the general physical factors,cost and natural factors.The land suitability evaluation of straw power plant location was evaluated by using the linear fuzzy logic prediction model and the map algebra technology on the GIS platform and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weights of the factors.In this way,the site suitability index in the study area and the alternative straw power plant locations can be obtained.The second stage was to determine the site locations based on the results of the first stage.The top 20 alternative plant locations were evaluated based on compromise programming and the results showed that No.8 town and Wanshun town were the most suitable site locations.Finally,the delivered costs of straw biomass to the two locations were analyzed.A mathematical model was established to optimize the delivered cost of straw biomass and sensitivity analyses were conducted.The results showed that the delivered cost to No.8 town was relatively lower,which indicated that this location is more suitable to construct straw power plants.
