The Research On The Upgrading Of Construction Industry Structure In Auhui Province

The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and economic growth are hot topics for the development of current social economy.As a main component of industrial structure,construction industrial structure plays a very important role in the process of regional economic growth.At the same time,regional economic growth has also promoted the rationalization and upgrading of the construction industry structure.Under the "new normal",the economic structure has been adjusted from "fast and good" to "good and fast" steady and balanced development.19 th CPC National Congress' s report puts forward that the core of the strategy for promoting the rise of the central region and realizing the coordinated development of the region is the upgrading of the industrial structure.Anhui Province is adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta region,with obvious regional advantages,the radiation effect of the growth pole driving the adjustment of the construction industry structure.As the pillar industry,the position of the construction industry is the leading force in the structural upgrading under the "new normal".Therefore,the research of building industry structure is of great practical significance.Based on the analysis of the theory of building industry structure upgrading,this paper takes Anhui Province as an example to explore the measurement and realization path of construction industry structure upgrading.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the development of the construction industry,finds out the problems and causes,analysis the main factors that affect the upgrading of the construction industry structure.The fourth chapter measures the rationalization and the degree of the development of the construction industry.At the same time,the author makes a comparative analysis of the development level of construction industry among different regions in Anhui Province,and takes different countermeasures according to the development situation of different regions.Chapter five uses panel data model,it analyzes the mutual influence of the advanced structure of construction industry in Anhui Province on the regional economic growth,and the influence of the regional economic growth on the advancedstructure of the construction industry in Anhui Province.Based on the above analysis,chapter VI studies the concrete measures to realize the advanced structure of the construction industry.For the relevant industry enterprises and government departments to provide decision-making reference.This paper finds that the rationalization and upgrading of the construction industry structure in Anhui Province has been improving steadily in the past ten years,but there are still differences among different regions,which is closely related to their geographical location and resource situation.The advanced structure of construction industry plays a positive role in promoting regional economic growth in Anhui Province.To a certain extent,regional economic growth has promoted the process of upgrading construction industry structure,and there is a virtuous circle between the two.It is an inevitable choice to ensure the sustainable development of construction industry by taking effective measures to realize the advanced structure of construction industry.
