The Research Of The New Economic Growth Point On Construction Industry

The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in our country,which plays an decisive role in the development of our national economy.However,the current economic development of China is in a new period,the new period is known as the "new normal" by economists.It refers to the economic development of our country begins to shift to improve the quality and efficiency of the economic growth and shift from extensive to intensive.This new normal makes a new change for our economic development,which leads the economy to a new track and reduces the speed of China’s economic development,so that the economic development of the construction industry is not optimistic.Therefore,we should find the new economic growth of the construction industry as soon as possible in the current situation.The theory of new economic growth point and the theory of exploiting new economic growth point show the direction of looking for the new economic growth point.In the theory of the new economic growth point,this paper puts forward the connotation,characteristics and selection criteria of the new economic growth point.It provides the development process in the theory of exploiting new economic growth point.They both provide a solid theoretical basis for the construction of the new economic growth point on construction industry.Based on the literature review and research,this paper makes a detailed analysis for the new economic growth point on construction industry.This paper analyzes the current development of construction industry in China,then it makes the engineering services of construction industry as the entrance to study,eventually finding the way to leading the construction industry out of the difficulties that it currently encountered,which is to recombine the engineering services and innovate service mode,so as to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises and format the new economic growth point of construction industry to promote the healthy development of the construction industry.And,this paper also puts forward the evaluation method because of the variety of engineering service portfolio models.It is to provide the support and guidance for finding the most potential engineering services portfolio in theory and technology on the construction industry.The first chapter is the introduction,to describe the purpose and significance of the research topic,and combine with the domestic and foreign literature introduces to research the status of this topic;the second chapter is the part of theoretical research,mainly introducing the basic concepts and issues related to the theory and method,which includes the theory of new economic growth point,the theory of exploiting new economic growth point and the evaluation method of the new economic growth point;the third chapter is analysis of the engineering service portfolio as the new economic growth point on construction industry,which describes the engineering service portfolio in detail,puts forward the constructing system and principle of engineering service portfolio,and analyze the present situation of engineering service composition in our country;the fourth chapter analyze the evaluation method of new economic growth point based on engineering service portfolio in order to accurately find the most potential engineering service composition to promote the rapid development of construction industry.The fifth chapter is the case analysis;the sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook of this paper.With the increasingly fierce of market competition,the construction industry must find the new economic growth point to maintain the rapid development as the recent years.The purpose of this study is to help the construction industry to get out of the current difficulties,and promote the healthy development of the construction industry.The author of this paper hope to have a certain reference significance for finding the new economic growth point on construction industry.
