As a product of industrial civilization legacy,coal mining subsidence is an important memory of wealth,but after coal mining the urban wasteland and the surface settlement of large area caused by solid waste heap,abandoned factories have deep influences on ecological environment protection.Coal mining subsidence planning and design is an important content not only for the current landscape construction,but also for the sustainable development of the economic environment and harmonious construction of human settlements.In coal mining subsidence,the balanced development of natural ecology and human ecology are closely linked to each other,fundamental to the harmonious development of human beings and nature.At the same time,landscape design and innovation in the coal mining subsidence is good for protecting the natural ecological conditions,realizing ecological balance and protecting urban and rural cultural heritage,and finally promoting the development of industry culture by reusing the natural environment.There are so many contents in the landscape reconstruction and restoration of abandoned lands of mine that what we should do is not to erase the negative features covering the landscape but more importantly,to reduce the negative effect with the skillful landscape design.We should restore landscape on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the coal mine subsidence history,the present situation,location,landscape resources mining,with the basic theory of existing landscape design and aesthetic design,combining the design elements of the natural landscape,artificial landscape and the road landscape.And also,the research strengthens industry characteristics and regional characteristics of the landscape in the subsidence area,so as to improve the repairing function of ecological environment with the principle of landscape restoration and optimization based on landscape planning and reasonable layout.Based on the background above,this research will take the of Shijian Wetland Ecological Park in Anhui as an example to make a specific exploration with the method of case analysis.From the perspective of position,natural resources,environmental resources,etc,it proposes a plan of landscape restoration and reconstruction with the theory of ecological restoration and landscape design.The most important point in the reconstruction of the subsidence area of Shijian Wetland Ecological Park in Anhui is the emphasis on the restoration and utilization of the surface of the mine,restoration of ecological environment,reduction of surface subsidence and ensuing of the settlement of the residents.The research sums up five aspects of theoretical research to quicken the speed of the landscape restoration and design of the wasteland.The historical and cultural characteristics and regional features should be highlighted in the landscape plan of the coal mining wasteland.We should master the pace of the landscape plan of the coal mining wasteland,and borrow experience on landscape restoration and landscape plan of coal mining wasteland from foreign countries.The local government should make and give publicity to laws and regulations on the landscape plan of the coal mining wasteland.We should realize the landscape zoning and emphasize the planning of the overall ecological landscape pattern.In addition,combining with the local features,we should make the most of the local resources and remold the planning of the landscape restoration and reengineering system.Finally,the research makes a comprehensive analysis on the advantages of landscape restoration in the subsidence area.It's of great significance to the proper application of the natural resources in the subsidence area,improvement of the landscape design of the mining area,restoration of the mining landscape and the promotion of the economic efficiency of the entire mining area.These proposals are useful to the transformation of other subsidence areas and old coal mining town so as to help build beautiful China.
