Construction Of Green Street Evaluation Index System And Cases Study

Urban street,a public activity space of the city,is the main place for the life,communication and recreation of urban residents.It can reflect the city's image and the feature of historical culture.With the rapid development and expansion of the city,a large number of urban streets are facing mang problems such as floods,traffic jams,environmental pollution and loss of landscape characteristics.In this context,the concept of green street construction came into being and gradually became the focus of domestic research at home and abroad.Green street evaluation system is an indispensable part of the green street theory,which can effectively evaluate the development level of urban green street.Looking at home and abroad,the research of green street evaluation system is still less.Based on the deep analysis of the connotation of green street and related theoretical research,this paper establishes the green street evaluation index system and evaluation model,and demonstrates the evaluation system with the example of Cicheng new town in Ningbo.First of all,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,elaborates the main methods of the research,and puts forward the contents and technical line of the paper.Secondly,it summarizes the connotation,character and influencing factors of green street,combs the theoretical achievements and practical experience of green street at home and abroad,and analyzes the related theory of sponge city,green transportation and green infrastructure,which provides theoretical support for the construction of green street evaluation index system.Again,based on the research of theory and practice,the four levels of the target layer,the sub target layer,the standard layer and the index layer are treated as the structure of the evaluation system.This paper uses the methods of literature research,frequency statistics,expert scoring and consulting,comprehensive analysis and other methods to select 31 green street evaluation index,establishes the green street evaluation index system from five targets,such as rain management,green traffic,environmental resources,green landscape and policy management,and put forward the definition and evaluation standards of each evaluation index.After that,applying the comprehensive analysis method of Delphi,AHP and weighted average,the paper puts forward the evaluation grade of green street and the quantification and standardization method of index,uses AHP to calculate the weight of index,and establishes the evaluation model.Finally,taking Cicheng new town in Ningbo as an example,the green street evaluation index system is used to evaluate the construction situation of the green street in Cicheng new town,which proved the rationality and feasibility of the green street evaluation system,and the optimization suggestions of the green street in Cicheng new town are put forward.
