With the changes of the times,China is facing severe environmental problems while its economy is booming,among which the shortage of water resources and the problem of water environment are increasingly prominent.As one of the main pillar industries of China's economic development,construction industry not only promotes China's economic development,but also brings some environmental problems.Green building,as the leader of low-carbon environmental protection in the construction industry,should lead the development of the construction industry in all aspects.However,the current "green building evaluation standard" is relatively perfect in terms of energy conservation and environmental improvement,and its indicators are relatively comprehensive,there is still a lack of in-depth Study on the water evaluation standard.The research will refer to the "sponge city construction evaluation standard",optimize the water evaluation system in the green building evaluation system,promote the construction of rain and flood control facilities for green buildings,and promote the development of green buildings and even green China.AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)will be used to optimize the water evaluation standard in the current green building evaluation standard by calculating the index weight and assignment.Through expert scoring and questionnaire survey,the whole index is divided into three levels: three indicators of principle level,four indicators of first level,involving water security,water environment,water ecology and water resources,and 15 indicators of second level based on first level.Through analysis,it is found that the proportion of water security index is the most important,reaching 0.56,the weight of water environment index is 0.19,the weight of water ecology index is 0.14,and the weight of water resource index is 0.11,and the proportion of the last three kinds of indexes is relatively average.After the analysis of the secondary indicators,it is found that: if the green building construction is to be carried out again,the runoff pollution control,water-saving measures and landscape construction and other factors need to be considered,so that the water evaluation standard of the green building can further guide the improvement of the rain and flood management of the green building in China.Four green building cases are selected to re evaluate the existing green building stars by using the re optimized green building water evaluation system.Through case analysis,we can see that these green buildings do not pay enough attention to rainwater management,especially in the capacity of absorbing pollutants in rainwater,lack of corresponding quantitative standard requirements in rainwater control;although some existing green buildings have obtained Star green building evaluation,but there is a certain lack in rainwater control,so we should deal with them Get star rating for re evaluation.As a green building,without the scientific and technological development and technical support in the field of urban stormwater management,it is difficult to achieve the real promotion of green building to urban green.By integrating the rainwater and flood management into the green building and optimizing the water evaluation standard of the green building evaluation standard,we can not only promote the realization of sponge City,but also contribute to the realization of "Green China".
