Research On Construction Project Management Strategy Based On BIM In Z Company

Z company is a super large class design unit,using the group management.The company has always used the traditional two-dimensional drawing design mode.After the emergence of BIM based project management method,Z company adopted BIM mode to improve the company’s project management.BIM is different from the traditional design process.According to the understanding of team training,it weakens the design preparation link in the traditional design process,produces a model-based comprehensive coordination link,and adds a 2D view generation link.And the theory of BIM(Building Information Modeling,abbreviated as BIM)has opened up a new way for the management of construction projects.This article will focus on the management strategy of BIM in the construction project management of Z company.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,including the research background,the research status at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research,the content of the research and the technical route.The second chapter is the summary of related theories,including the overview of project management,the development and application of construction project management,the outline and background of BIM,the basic concept of BIM,and the application status of BIM at home and abroad.The third chapter is the Z company BIM project management organization and process design based on the organizational structure of the company organizational structure and design of the BIM group,BIM group in the foundation of analysis and design of the professional functions,a pilot project in the design process of the problem,put forward improvement strategies etc.The fourth chapter is the project management application of Z company based on BIM.Combined with the actual construction project in a district of Nanjing,we explore and study the actual process of BIM application in the design stage,construction stage and operation stage.The fifth chapter summarizes and looks forward to this article.Through the application research in this paper,the value of BIM application is summarized,and the future prospect of BIM technology and application is also discussed.The research value of this paper lies in,through the research of construction project management based on BIM application in Z company,summarized the successful experience and existing problems,the successful experience to inherit,to improve the existing problems,so as to enhance the efficiency of construction project management,and provide more theoretical basis for engineering project benefit.
