| The construction industry occupies an important position in our country’s national economic territory,and has played a positive role in supporting employment,promoting economic development,improving the appearance of urban and rural areas,and improving the quality of life of the majority of people.However,with the development and changes of the engineering construction environment,the change of the employment concept of workers and the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market,there are more and more various risk factors affecting the project during the construction process,and the mutual constraints and influences between the risk factors are also becoming more and more complex.How to rely on information technology to improve and enhance the company’s management level and ability of project risks,strengthen the dynamic and accurate risk management in construction,and formulate reasonable risk management measures are important issues faced by enterprises.Therefore,doing a good job in the risk management of the project construction process under the condition of informationization is of great significance to the construction enterprises.Based on the current situation and cognition of the application of project management informatization in construction enterprises,this thesis aims at the risk management needs of company A in the construction process,using tools and methods such as expert interview method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation method,etc.The data indicators formed by the comprehensive management information system are analyzed,and the risk factors that affect the company’s project management in the construction process and the corresponding risk indicators in the information system are identified and established.On the basis,the risk index system based on the management information system of company A’s project is constructed,and the corresponding risk assessment method and response monitoring measures are established for the specific risk index factors of the company’s project..Finally,combined with the company’s specific engineering projects,the empirical analysis of risk assessment and response is carried out.Through the research on the risk management of construction units relying on the information system in this thesis,it can enrich the paths and methods of project risk management in construction enterprises,improve the quantitative level of risk management indicators in the construction process,and improve the company’s ability to manage project risks in the construction process.It is meaningful and realistic to promote the company’s rational allocation of resources,improve the project management process,formulate active and effective risk response strategies and methods,improve the project management model and structure for the enterprise,and formulate systems,guidelines and goals that are in line with project risk management.It also provides a reference for traditional construction enterprises to identify,analyze and evaluate project risks by relying on the data of the information system. |
