Research On Quality Management Of Assembled Structure Engineering Project For Jing Yuetai In China Resources Land

Assembly structural engineering has many advantages in high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and improvement of housing performance.It has been widely used in building industry in many developed countries for many years.Under the current situation of economic development,China has also begun to use this concept in order to promote the industrialization of the construction industry.Therefore,the development time is relatively late,and a more unified technical standard for fabricated structures has not been formed,therefore,there are many quality problems in the actual construction process of this kind of building,which hinders the popularization and application of the fabricated structure in China's construction industry.In this paper,the quality management of the fabricated structure in the construction is studied in depth in the context of the China Resources Net platform project,analyze the content of quality management,the current situation of development,the quality plan in the early stage,and the quality control and quality guarantee measures in the implementation,so as to establish a complete and implementable quality management system,it provides a reference for the same type of assembly structure engineering.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter introduces the Development of Assembly structural engineering in China and the current research situation at home and abroad,points out the research purposes and significance,and clarifies the research contents,research methods and technical routes;The second chapter summarizes the project quality management of the net platform project,including the project brief introduction,the Assembly Structure Design Survey,the development status,by analyzing the process flow and quality control points of each working procedure in the quality management of the assembly structure of a project,some quality problems in the current assembly structure engineering are analyzed.The third chapter is to elaborate the quality control plan of the assembled structure of jingyuetai project,from several parts of the project quality standard,quality control system and quality plan of each construction stage,which not only defines the control direction of quality management,but also analyzes the pre work plan required by the project quality management from the early stage,construction process and later stage of construction.The fourth chapter puts forward the quality control framework from three aspects: the quality control in the early stage of construction,the quality control in the construction process and the quality control in the later stage of construction,so as to realize the application of the quality management system of jingyuetai assembled structural engineering project.The fifth chapter is from the organization guarantee,the technical guarantee,the system guarantee three aspects to give the net platform project assembly type structure quality guarantee measure,has provided the strong safeguard for the project quality goal and the plan realization,some suggestions and references are put forward for the development of assembled structure building in China.
