The new wheeled buckle style scaffold has been widely used because of a self-locking function with a straight steel pipe scaffolding,and some characteristics about quickly installing and unload,stable and reliable,no easy to lose,simple structure and so on in the civil engineering.With the rapid development of economy and progress,the extraordinary unconventional buildings with a variety of large,creative shape continue to emerge.In order to meet the construction needs,the height of the scaffold continue to upgrade,and the new wheeled buckle style high support system collapses have been frequent occurred in recent years.In this thesis,in order to solve this problem,the new buckle high supported frame system was studied from the theoretical analysis to the simulation by the finite element.And then,base on the practical and field test,the stability of the new high supported system was analyzed to provide the basis for practical construction.The main work as follows :(1)By analyzing the three kinds of nodal calculation theory of the new buckle high support system,it is considered that the semi-rigid joint steel frame calculation theory is more suitable for the actual situation.(2)Based on the general of Longdong Plaza in Huludao City,the simulation analysis is carried out.A finite element model is established for the new large-scale buckle support system with a height of 400 mm,and 20400mm×7200mm in area.The finite load and the safety factor K are calculated by finite element simulation compared field conditions.And provide theoretical basis for the safety of on-site construction.(3)The finite element modeling of the new buckle-type high-profile support system with a large beam under the project about 500mm×1000mm is carried out.The finite element simulation is used to calculated the ultimate bearing load with different aspect ratio under axial compression and eccentric compression.Compared with the field test,the safety factor K is verified the reliability of the model calculation.(4)Through the field test of temperature impact,the field tested phenomenon and the safety factor K is described and analyzed.Under the impact load the stability of the new type of wheel support system is verified.
