Compared to the fastener type high support system,the bowl buckle high support system not only has the advantages of convenient construction and high bearing capacity, but also has more stresser and better performance, so it has been widely applied in construction. In this paper, a bowl type high support system as the research object, from the theoretical analysis of the finite element simulation software, and combined with engineering practice, a systematic study on the stability of bowl buckle of high formwork support system which would provide the basis for the actual construction. The follows are the main research work:(1) Use the MATLAB application to tightening torque and bowl buckle joint initial rigidity between the two order and three order fitting on the bowl, also give the fitting curve.(2) Using the finite element software ANSYS to establish four models which corresponding to the actual frame, analysis the situation of bearing capacity when the node stiffness changed and compared to the actual frame,obtaine the analysis model of cuplok formwork supporting system node with Semi-rigid connection;.(3) Through calculation and analysis the structural conditions of bowl buckle the high support system, such as step rails, pole spacing, scissors settings and Tiangan and sweeping bar height, impact on the stability bearing capacity of the high supporting system which would used for the actual construction condition.(4) Using the finite element software ANSYS to establish 4×4×6 step four kinds models of the bowl buckle formwork support system which in different Scissors arrangement. Through the analysis of simulation results, summarize the neutral bar?bar model?scissors rods stress variation and the node model in Z and X to the displacement variation.(5) The project relies on Fuxin City Planning Museum, estabilish the model which relie on the actual 800mm×2000mm large prestressed beam bowl buckle support system, exert the load on model to simulate the deformation force in the construction of the actual high support system. Through analysis the points displacement and the stress value of the bar, ensure that the actual frame body is stable and reliable, also ensure construction safety.
