Performance appraisal is not only the key link of enterprise performance management,but also an important part of enterprise management.The efficient development of enterprises is inseparable from the incentive of performance appraisal.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to use scientific methods to establish a systematic performance appraisal system and improve the performance appraisal mechanism.With the development of information technology and knowledge economy,as well as the social attention to the humanistic spirit,the non-financial factors affecting enterprise performance appraisal are becoming more and more important,such as information technology,enterprise brand power,enterprise culture and so on.As a more objective,comprehensive and systematic performance appraisal tool,the Balanced Scorecard not only bases on the present but also focuses on the future,connects the long-term strategy and short-term objectives of the enterprise,combines quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators,and balances financial and non-financial factors.The effective application of balanced scorecard is conducive to strengthening enterprise strategic management,improving internal management level and ensuring the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have made more and more in-depth research on the balanced scorecard,which is widely used by many enterprises.Under the background of complex and severe macroeconomic external environment and great downward pressure on the economy,the construction industry also presents the basic situation of transformation and upgrading,structural adjustment and fierce competition.If traditional construction enterprises want to improve their competitiveness,they must change the traditional management concept,use scientific management tools and improve the management level.The balanced scorecard is a management tool that turns strategy into action and provides a scientific idea for enterprise performance appraisal.Using the methods of literature research and case analysis,combined with the questionnaire and the current situation of the performance appraisal of the project Department of Y company,this paper analyzes the possible problems of the current performance appraisal,and explains the necessity and feasibility of using the Balanced Scorecard in the performance appraisal of the project Department of Y company.Starting from the strategy of Y company,the company level strategy is decomposed to the project department.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the index system is constructed from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,the selection of indicators in each dimension is described in detail,and then the analytic hierarchy process is used to empower the indicators to construct the performance appraisal index system of the project Department of Y company based on the balanced scorecard.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system of the project Department of Y company,combined with the current situation of the company,this paper puts forward detailed safeguard measures from four aspects.The purpose is to provide reference for the operation and implementation of the enterprise in the next step,and also hope to provide reference for the application and related research of Balanced Scorecard in performance management of other construction enterprises. |
