| China has entered into an aging society,and the old-age care mode of the elderly has gradually become a topic of social concern.How to make the elderly have a healthy and happy old age has become the focus of many experts.The elderly will gradually suffer from physical muscle degradation and various chronic diseases as they grow older,and the sports system of the elderly will be impaired,making it impossible for them to go out normally,which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly.Unpowered walking AIDS can help the elderly to return to normal outdoor life,carry out outdoor rehabilitation training and improve the quality of life in old age.Most of the walking AIDS for the elderly in the domestic market are improved from the rehabilitation medical walking AIDS.The design of the walker for the elderly did not dig into the needs of the elderly,nor did it carry out targeted design according to the characteristics of the elderly.In the field of industrial design in China,some innovative methods such as brainstorming are usually used,which are inefficient and highly dependent on designers’ experience.Therefore,this paper integrates TRIZ theory with Kano model and applies it to the product design practice research of elderly people’s unpowered walker.The main purpose of this paper is to design a walker with high user satisfaction by using Kano,QFD and TRIZ theory.Taking the user as the starting point and the functional foothold,this paper designs and researches the four-wheel unpowered walker.At the same time,the product innovation design model based on Kano,QFD and TRIZ theory integration is constructed to provide certain theoretical reference for designers to carry out design innovation.First of all,literature and other materials were consulted for competitive product analysis and product function analysis of walker,so as to understand the specific design status and design defects of walker for the elderly.At the same time,the research results of the application methods of TRIZ theory,Kano model theory and QFD theory are sorted out and analyzed to build a product design model integrating Kano-QFD theory and TRIZ theory.The model provides theoretical basis for subsequent design practice.Then,questionnaire survey and user interview were used to obtain the real demand information of the elderly about walker.The Kano-QFD analysis requirements part in the integrated model is used to analyze and transform the requirements.Finally,the triz-based solution issolved by using the TRIZ solution part of the integrated model.After TRIZ solution evaluation,the function and implementation mode to be designed are determined.Combined with the analysis of design elements,the final design scheme is expressed by means of sketch,3D model and effect drawing. |
